We are developing plans for an NHS Hospital at Home service in Bromley.

This service would provide care, monitoring and treatment at home to patients who otherwise would be in hospital.

Examples of care that could be delivered by the service includes care of the elderly, post operative surgical care, and treatment of some respiratory and heart conditions. There are more details in the accompanying presentation available here.

Although the service is a national model of care, we are keen to get your views to inform how we develop this for Bromley residents.
