The Greenwich Healthier Communities Fund is now live!
The Greenwich Healthier Communities Fund has launched and is now accepting applications for the first strand of funding.
This new Fund aims to prevent and respond to key health issues across the borough, supporting organisations and communities that work to tackle health inequalities in Greenwich.
Two Strands of funding have been announced so far, with more to come over the Fund’s 5 year lifetime. The different funding strands aim to support different kinds of work within Greenwich.
Applications are now open for the Enabling Strand and will initially remain open for a year, with assessment points every three months.
How to Apply Greenwich Healthier Communities Fund:
The Delivery Strand will open for applications in May 2024.
The Greenwich Healthier Communities Fund has been established by by the NHS Greenwich Charitable Funds, in partnership with the South East London NHS Integrated Care Board and the Healthier Greenwich Partnership. The aim of the fund is to respond and prevent health inequalities across the Royal Borough of Greenwich and ensure that everyone in the borough has equal access to the services and support.
