Have your say - help shape the plan for adult social care services in Southwark
Southwark Council adult social care services are going to write a service plan that sets out how the council will help and support older people, people with a disability or a physical or mental illness.
To do this the council would like to involve people in shaping this plan. If you are, someone who receives help or support, an unpaid carer or someone who may require help or support, the council would really like to hear from you.
Adult Social Care Services Team will also be holding a number of workshops over the next two months. If you would like to participate or know more email Karen.Crane@southwark.gov.uk or phone 020 7525 0671.
