The team at King’s College Hospital is passionately committed to improving patient experience and health outcomes for those with learning disabilities and autism. Over the next two years they will work alongside people with learning disabilities, as well as their families and carers, to improve the care they provide.

The focus of this work will include co-designing:

· Changes to provide better access to services

· Improved communication

· An enhanced and safer caring environment

· Better support for carers
