This survey is for parents, carers and families with a child or young person with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
It is important that services for children and young people with special educational needs or disabilities and their families are of high quality.
Lambeth Together partners Lambeth Council and NHS South East London are collecting information to improve support provided to children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). They are interested in parents'/carers'/families' views on support across all of education, health and social care for children and young people from birth up to 25 years.
This survey gives you a chance to feedback your views about how things are working for you and your child/children with special educational needs and disabilities. If you have more than one child with special educational needs and disabilities, and want to share your views about each of them, you will need to complete the survey separately for each child.
The information will be used to help identify what needs to be improved in the lives of children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities. This is the first time this survey is running, and it will run every year going forward.
After the consultation closes, a summary of the information received will be published on the LambethSEND Local Offerpage on Lambeth Council's website. No personal details will be shared.
