One Bromley Community Champions Programme

Would you like to promote health and wellbeing in Bromley?

One Bromley partners are working together to coordinate healthcare for Bromley residents. We have launched a Community Health Champions programme to recruit members of the community and ensure health messages reach more residents across the borough.

• help reduce health inequalities across different groups

then we are looking for you. We believe every conversation counts, from one-to-one messaging to family gatherings, group meetings and events.
