Dear all, thanks for your active participation in our stakeholder discussion on neighbourhood working in Bromley – which is a fundamental way of enabling us to deliver more localised and personalised integrated care.

Our focus is now on delivering the priorities set out in our strategy and the very local care that will improve and support the health of Bromley people and communities. As we develop our delivery plans, we would be grateful for any thoughts and insights to inform our stakeholder mapping. We want to utilise all our community assets to enable us to reach as many people as possible across Bromley.
