King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking input to help improve care for people living with dementia.
The Safety Team would like to hear from:
• People living with dementia • Carers of someone with dementia
Participants must have attended the Emergency Department at King’s College Hospital, Denmark Hill within the last two years.
What taking part involves: • A one-to-one informal conversation (around 30 minutes) • Held online via Microsoft Teams • Discussion about your experience and ideas for improving care and safety
There are no right or wrong answers, your feedback will help identify what works well and what could be improved.
