Share your views on the NHS app

Healthwatch Lambeth, along with Healthwatch nationally are asking people to share their thoughts and experiences of using the NHS app by completing a short survey.

Capturing what people know and feel about the NHS app along with the findings of the survey will be shared with the designers of the app. Recommendations will be made about how information is provided and how the app can be made easier for everyone to use, whatever their needs.

The survey is anonymous and should take approximately 5 minutes to complete.
