This survey is designed to gather feedback from parents and carers about their experiences with NHS South East London tongue tie (ankyloglossia) services. Tongue tie (ankyloglossia) is a conditions where a baby's lingual frenulum (the strip of tissue under the tongue is shorter or tighter than usual, which may restrict tongue movement and affect breastfeeding, latch and comfort. We would like to hear from families who breastfed or mixed fed and accessed assessment and or treatment of togue tie in the last 18 months.

Your participation in this survey is voluntary. The information you provide will be kept confidential and used only for the purpose of improving tongue tie services within NHS South East London. Your responses will be anonymised and will not be used to identify you. All data will be handled in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
