Understanding Your Health and Wellbeing Survey

Take part in the largest ever survey on health and wellbeing in Lambeth and Southwark.

Where you are born, grow up, live and work can have a big impact on health.

Our Councils want to learn more about you, your health, your home, and your environment, to better understand your needs, and the needs of your community. This is so that more can be done to improve the wellbeing of everyone living in Lambeth and Southwark.

The results of this survey will be used to inform recommendations on policy and service design, to help reduce inequalities between people from different population groups.

The survey is being run by Opinium, with questions developed by members of the local community. This work is being carried out in partnership with Impact on Urban Health, which is part of Guy’s and St Thomas’ Foundation.

The survey is anonymous. Your name is not included, and no person will be able to be identified individually in the analysis or in any research report.

It should take around 15 minutes to complete and is open until 30th September.
