We are working with partners to develop a better understanding of the current and future health needs of the Elephant and Castle area. To do this, we want to hear from people and communities in the local area. We want to get a better understanding of what you think of current health care in the area, what could be done differently and what you would like to see in the future.

We will use the results of this information to inform the development of future services and health care sites in the area. We are also keen to find out who we are hearing from and so would value you sharing some details about yourself.
