Staff survey: recognising involvement

We are evaluating the recognising involvement pilot approach which is published on the ICB staff intranet at Recognising involvement.  This approach is to support local people taking part in engagement activities where they are offered a recognising involvement award for engagement activities which meet level 3 criteria as set out in the managers guide.  The results of this evaluation will be included in the report that the executive committee will consider on 5 March to decide the future approach to recognising involvement.

You have been asked to fill in the short evaluation as a manager who put in a determination form for approval for meeting the recognising involvement level 3 criteria so you could offer the award to local people taking part in your engagement activity.
