Recruiting People with Lived Experience Volunteer Evaluator for Urgent Treatment Centre (UTC) and Home Visiting in Greenwich
Do you have lived experience as a patient or carer on using health services in Greenwich?
Become a volunteer evaluator!
NHS South-East London Integrated Care Board (NHS SEL ICB) is recruiting two people with lived experience to become Volunteer Evaluator to form part of the procurement panel for the Urgent Treatment Centre and GP Home Visiting services (both based at Queen Elizabeth Hospital).
The role of the Volunteer Evaluator will be to participate in one or more evaluation panels and provide their views on the information submitted by the suppliers. Evaluating procurement bids can be quite technical so this will require a lot of reading. However, we will be offering support to understand the material and to engage in this project.
We ask the VolunteerEvaluator to bring their patient / carer lived experience perspective on urgent care services, home visiting and their experience of using health services, when evaluating the merits of the supplier responses. You broadly need to be available after 21st November to mid/late December to participate in the role.
If you would like to apply for this opportunity, please complete an Expression of Interest below.
If you have any questions or would like more information before submitting an Expression of Interest, then please email: faith.abiola-ellison@selondonics.nhs.uk.
Deadline for submitting Expression of Interest is 5pm on 14th November 2022.
