NHS South East London was looking for one or two people from Bexley, Bromley, Greenwich, Lambeth, Lewisham or Southwark to join our Clinical and Care Records Programme Board.

The Board supports the development and delivery of the London Care Record and Universal Care Plan programmes in south east London; ensuring they are delivered in a secure, timely and beneficial way for residents. You can read more about the London Care Record here and the Universal Care Plan here.

The successful applicant would only be expected to attend between one and four on-line meetings before April 2026 with advance notice given.

The deadline for submitting an expression of interest was on Friday 12 September. Thank you to everyone who contacted us. We will be contacting those who submitted applications before 19 September 2025.
