NHS South East London has now recruited two people with lived experience to join our Connected Care Records Programme Board (previously the Clinical and Care Records Programme Board). Thank you so much to all those who expressed interest in supporting this SEL programme of work.

Actively involving lay people in the Board’s governance truly adds a rich perspective when considering the delivery of the London Care Record and Universal Care Plan programmes, informing decision making in south east London. One of the new members said:

"It's been great to contribute to the further development of the LCR and UCP programs, particularly for me the LCR, which I know has been used numerous times by NHS staff caring for me."

The Board supports the development and delivery of the London Care Record and Universal Care Plan programmes in south east London; ensuring they are delivered in a secure, timely and beneficial way for residents.

    NHS South East London are looking for one or two people from Bexley, Bromley, Greenwich, Lambeth, Lewisham or Southwark to join our Clinical and Care Records Programme Board. The Board supports the development and delivery of the London Care Record and Universal Care Plan programmes in south east London; ensuring they are delivered in a secure, timely and beneficial way for residents.
