Clinical Care Records Programme Board expression of interest form for community members with lived experience

NHS South East London are looking for one or two people from Bexley, Bromley, Greenwich, Lambeth, Lewisham or Southwark to join our Clinical and Care Records Programme Board. The Board supports the development and delivery of the London Care Record and Universal Care Plan programmes in south east London; ensuring they are delivered in a secure, timely and beneficial way for residents.
