NHS South East London, The Royal Borough of Greenwich and other partners are working to better connect services and community projects in Horn Park. This includes looking at finding solutions in response to your feedback on The Source hub services, as well as understand what needs improving in your neighbourhood and what would help you to live a healthy life.

“Our aspiration is to work together as a community of health and care providers, residents, volunteers, patients and carers to make Horn Park a great place to live.”

Tell us what matters to you about the neighbourhood where you live. We want to hear from you and there are many ways you can get involved.
