Share your experience of using GP interpreting services in Lambeth, Southwark or Lewisham.

Interpreting services are available to all patients registered with a GP practice in Lambeth, Lewisham, and Southwark who need interpreting support when seeing a GP or a nurse at their GP practice.

Services provided include:

  • Telephone interpreting;
  • Video on-demand interpreting;
  • Face-to-face interpreting;
  • British Sign Language interpreting (face-to-face and video).

NHS South East London is also looking for patients who require BSL services to work with them to develop and improve BSL interpreting services in GP practices in Lambeth, Southwark and Lewisham.

Who can take part

You can take part if you're registered with a GP practice in Lambeth, Southwark or Lewisham and use a non-English language interpreter or a BSL interpreter when accessing your GP.


How your views will help

Your experience of interpreting services at your GP practice will help NHS South East London to understand your needs to support improvements in interpreting services for non-English speakers and deaf people who use BSL.
